"The Start Up"

A promising start up company which started as a 35 people operation expanded to more than 300 people in a span of

1.5 - 2 years.

​

The sudden expansion, required a direction and definition of the work culture and spaces designed to allow for perpetual expansion without compromising the design.

The primary requirements were the uncompromising nature of spaces created , acoustics, aesthetics and the comfortability of people who work there.

As the company expanded , different teams such as operations, Design , Tech , Admin needed their own spaces with new requirements , which posed new challenges.

The overall philosophy with an eclectic design,exposing materials with rustic textures juxtaposed with bright colours create an atmosphere for constant interaction and innovation reflected in the spaces designed.
